Mall of Split, a project developed by the Tulipan Grupa, proudly holds the highest international certification for sustainable construction – LEED Platinum. This prestigious certification, awarded to buildings that meet rigorous global criteria for energy efficiency, sustainable resource management, eco-friendly materials, and innovative solutions, is a testament to our dedication to environmental preservation and responsible business practices.
The LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification confirms that Mall of Split meets high standards across several key areas:

Mall of Split is easily accessible by public transportation and offers eight electric vehicle charging stations, along with designated bicycle parking areas.
2. Water conservation
To reduce water consumption, Mall of Split collects rainwater, which is used for flushing toilets and watering outdoor greenery.
3. Energy eficiency
The building is designed to maximize natural daylight through large glass surfaces and skylights. Energy-efficient LED lighting is used throughout the mall, including on the building’s façade.

Mall of Split also offers a range of eco-conscious facilities:
- Electric vehicle charging stations: Charge your car while shopping at Petrol stations (Level -2) or Electrip stations (Level +3).
- Clothing and shoe recycle bin: Located in the underground garage (Level -1), this bin allows visitors to donate used items, which are then collected, repurposed, or recycled—helping reduce textile waste.
- Pet-Friendly Concept: Mall of Split welcomes pets, and ZOO Mall provides full pet services including grooming, washing, and care.
Eco Market – Local and Organic Products
Every weekend, the ground floor of the mall hosts the “Eko Pazarić”, where certified local producers offer fresh, organically grown products. Visitors can also pre-order their eco basket and pick it up on-site.
